My first try on Martha Stewart’s Spaghetti Carbonara. I had to put a little ME into it though.
Ingredients
8 pounds spaghetti
8 ounces (8 slices) bacon, cut 1 inch thick crosswise
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
3 large eggs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
1/2 cup half-and-half
My take on this is that I added a sachet of Knorr Mushroom Soup diluted in water and chopped garlic (fried).
My mom, dad and Rey tasted it. To them it’s 2 thumbs up! :DÂ
